DC...Global Academy Online, Inc. (the Academy) a Washington DC based online university builder, curriculum developer,
and institutional faculty provider announced today the appointment of Dr. David F. Hostelley, CPA, as a special consultant
and Director of National Education Development.
Dr. Hostelley, a lifelong educator and CPA has over forty years
of combined teaching and administrative experience in Management, Accounting, Finance and Training fields. He is an active
college professor and has taught at four Ohio universities over the years. An expert in project management he has contributed
articles to both the Journal of Systems Management and the Cleveland Business Review. Dr. Hostelley holds a BBA in Accounting
and a Ph.D. with a concentration in Management.
In his new position, Hostelley will serve as a consultant and
project manager for the Academy on behalf of Zhengzhou College of Economics and the Ancient Shaolin Temple of the Peoples
Republic of China. These duties include budget and funding compliance of the joint Shaolin and Zhengzhou College global education
project with vendors such as Entertainment Arts Research Incorporated (EARI) of Atlanta, GA.
EARI was selected
by the Shaolin, Zhengzhou College, and Global Academy Online as a prime contractor to deliver up to four 3D animation education
programmed Internet and game boxed products. The agreement was inked at the Ancient Shaolin Temple in Henan Province, the
Peoples Republic of China by the China Team LLC, an Academy division, representing the Academy and Zhengzhou College, EARI
and the Shaolin Temple on February 8, 2010. The life of the contract provides for the development of at least four major products
for the Shaolin over the next 12 years along with exclusive distribution rights. To guarantee EARI will perform on the agreement,
Zhengzhou College has provided the Shaolin an advance of one million Yuan over the past 12 months.
The entire
Shaolin project is being funded by Zhengzhou College of Economics including the guarantee required by the Shaolin from EARI
for performance. The estimated investment by Zhengzhou College for EARI product development includes up to $22 million dollars
parceled out over a three year period. Dr. Hostelley and the China Team will monitor the disbursements and assure compliance
with required timetables for project completion on behalf of Zhengzhou College and arrange access to the Shaolin archives
and Temple for EARI.
